Boerhaavia difusa:The flavonoid arbinofuranoside present in boerhaavia difusa lowers serum uric acid, which is helpful in treating urogenital disorders. Boerhavia Diffusa has diuretic properties. It is beneficial in treating urinary tract infections. It is administered to patients suffering from nephrotic syndrome and oedema. Hygrophila spinosa :Seeds are glutinous and mucilaginous and contains potassium salts which are responsible for diuretic action. Seeds are found beneficial in urinary affections, particularly dysuria painful micturation and urinary calculi and cystitis. Aerva lanata :The plant is used as diuretic. The leaf juice as an effective remedy for dissolving and to expel kidney stones. (Lithotriptic action).
