The block that has been remove should be use to start a new layer on top of the tower. The next player remove a block and continues making the next layer. Each player in turn repeat this, starting a new layer at right angles to the previous layer when a layer is completed. When a player remove a block and the tower falls over, that player is out of the game. The remaining player then repeat the above steps until there is only 1 player is left, that person is the winner.
