For Cash on Delivery orders in the UAE
- Cash on Delivery orders are only applicable in Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi. Al Ain is not included.
- Cash on Delivery fees of AED 10 apply to orders under AED 100.
- Cash on Delivery is not applicable for orders AED 10,000 and above.
For Cash on Delivery orders in the KSA
- Cash on Delivery orders are applicable across KSA except for Madinah, Gizan, Najran, Al Baha, and other specified locations.
- Cash on Delivery is applicable for orders SAR 100 and above and includes a fee of SAR 30 per order.
- Cash on Delivery is not applicable for orders SAR 10,000 and above.
ID Requirement Upon Delivery
To ensure that your products are delivered with certainty, Mumzworld may request that you provide a copy/picture of your valid ID for verification. If we are unable to authenticate your information, we have the right to refuse delivery and cancel the order.
Return Policy
If you reside in the UAE or KSA and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 7 days from the time of purchase. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

GCC Order Cancellation:
- Customers are eligible for a refund if the order is canceled before packing.
- Refunds, excluding shipping fees, are applicable if the order is not dispatched.
