Description
This is a self-exploration journal that encourages kids to write down their experiences of the day. It is a way for kids to take a break from the digital world as they journal how their day was, what they did and how they felt. It is believed that for one to get used to a habit they need to practice it for 21 days. Through this journal it is hoped that kids will be able to develop good habits to help them cultivate positive values of gratitude, kindness, empathy, mindfulness, and self-care every day so they can become happy. Each day has pages that are designed to write down the things they are grateful for, their random act of kindness, a person who made their day, something they are proud of, challenges faced and how the overcame the challenge. Kids will also have an opportunity to do a happiness check in that can help parents get an idea of how the day was for the kids. The self-care page will encourage the kids identify their physical needs and begin to take care of them before the big emotions can ever get in the way. Also included is an activity page to write their reflections for the day and to do list to help them stay organised. Kids should try do this daily and make it a habit to journal their daily activities, thoughts, and feelings. This kids journal is a good way of promoting positive mental health and happiness in children. Grab a copy for your child and a friend so can enjoy this awesome journey together!
