We are here to offer you a smooth easy return process for your purchased item(s). Any order that has been shipped within UAE or KSA, falls within a returnable category and is within the 14 days limit from the date of delivery, can be processed for return

Easy Returns at Mumzworld
We want your shopping experience to be smooth and hassle-free. If you need to return a product, you have 14 days to return eligible items.
We begin your refund after we collect the item
Once we’ve collected your return, you’ll receive an SMS within 24–48 hours letting you know your refund has been initiated.
Returned items are refunded to the payment method you used, unless you choose a Wallet refund.
Cash on Delivery (COD), will be refunded to your Mumzworld Wallet.
International Orders
Items shipped internationally are not eligible for refunds unless they are faulty. In that case, we’ll need to verify the returned product first.
• Go to "My Account."
• Navigate to "My Orders." and select the order ID that includes the item(s) you wish to return.
• Click "Return Items."
• Select the item(s) you wish to return, choose the quantity, and provide the reason for the return.
• Click "Continue" to proceed.
• Choose your preferred pickup date and refund method, then click "Confirm Your Return."
Below is the list of the items that are not eligible for a return, replacement, or exchange:
1. Products that are classified as hazardous materials or contain flammable liquids or gases, i.e. batteries.
2. Hygiene-related products that fall under specific categories, which are like swimwear, hosiery, underwear, socks, footwear, potty training items, maternity belt, health and personal care products, and certain baby products and disposables, i.e. teethers, diapers, baby wipes, hygiene tissues, feeding-related products.
3. Items that need special storage conditions i.e. temperature control.
4. Personalized items that you requested to be designed especially for you.
5. Products that have been fully assembled or have been requested with installation are not eligible for returns, i.e. ride-on toys, playpens, indoor/outdoor playsets.
6. Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as received.
7. Products missing the serial number or (UPC) Universal Product Code "a 12-digit Bar code used for retail packaging".
8. Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if still under warranty.
9. Santa delivery orders
10. Orders shipped to international destinations, i.e. Outside UAE and KSA, unless they are defective. Defective products will require verification.
