Apply topically - Dilute in a base oil such as fractionated coconut oil or jojoba oil for topical application
Add a few drops to the steam inhaler (for cold relief and decongestion)
Add a few drops to hot water for steam inhalation for cold relief and decongestion (place the bowl of hot water near you, cover your head with a towel, and inhale deeply) Take a whiff from the bottle
Add a few drops to the aroma diffuser
