Apply topically to the affected area for therapeutic benefits - Dilute in a base oil such as fractionated coconut oil or jojoba oil for topical application
Add a few drops to the aroma diffuser
Take a whiff from the bottle
Apply 1 drop on temples for headache
Add a few drops in warm water, tea, food or oil for internal use
Add a few drops to the shampoo or hair oil for promoting hair growth
Add a few drops to your bath or foot soak
Add a few drops to hot water for steam inhalation for cold relief (place the bowl of hot water near you, cover your head with a towel, and inhale deeply). You may add Eucalyptus, Tea Tree and Oregano essential oils for added benefit
