This book contains a set of short articles. The first chapter deals with the nature of communication between peopleand human reports, including effective listening varieties, the link between happiness, intelligence, research discoveries, shells, negative automatic ideas and so on. The second chapter contains articles about (medical and medical ethics)and how the nature of patients reflect the patient culture. Chapter 3 is focused on medicine and literatureand he writes the author on the diseases of observations, depression between medicine and literatureand medical diagnosis in arabic and english literature and so on. The author studied at a school and universities of britainand in the fourth quarter of the book, the author contemplating in his experience and memories of his studies there. In chapter v, we find the personal translation of the author for famous english.
