How to use: Turn the rotary switch counterclockwise to open the upper cover. Install the mixing bowl and then turn it counterclockwise. Insert the tool you want to use (kneading, mixing, whisking) into the tool connection column. Press the outer cover down by turning the rotary switch button clockwise.
