The Curved Ultimate Unit is made from 18mm-thick strong Medium-Density Fiberboard (MDF). It is laminated with High-Pressure Lamination (HPL) on both sides for added durability and protection. The unit has three tiers with slotting sides, and its edges and rails are made of solid beech wood with a rounded profile for improved aesthetic appeal.

All edges and corners are rounded in accordance with international safety standards and coated with a protective varnish to ensure its longevity. The High-Pressure Lamination (HPL) on both the top and bottom covers the solid beech wood edges, preventing water and humidity from penetrating the MDF core. It has four castors, two of which are lockable and two are non-lockable.
