Plyometric Box is an essential tool for any fitness training. This can be used for box jumps, box squats, push-ups, step ups and other types of exercise movements. A key feature of this product is the height changes depending on the side it is placed on. It allows 3 different heights: (50cm, 60cm & 75cm)
Maintenance: Wipe down with damp cloth to remove any mess or dust. The box has been varnished with a low VOC clear lacquer finish with soft rounded corners.
