The Smeg HMF01 retro hand mixer offers comfortable and easy use, with powerful results. There are up to nine speed levels to choose from including a turbo function, great for heavier mixtures where extra power is needed. There is also a smooth start action which will stop dry ingredients escaping from the bowl. The backlit LED display on the control panel shows the speed and time of use whilst the ergonomic handle ensures easy handling. , , Other features include a rapid release trigger for simple removal of the accessories, and a self-balancing design with non-slip feet for secure placement. To provide maximum flexibility, the HMF01 hand mixer comes with three different types of whisks.
